Position Overview
As a Bookkeeper at Myamcapmortage, you will be responsible
for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring
compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The
ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage

Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions including
purchases, receipts, and disbursements. Maintain and
reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and
financial reports. Prepare and process invoices, bills,
and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely
manner. Assist with month-end and year-end closing
procedures, including reconciliations and financial
statement preparation. Monitor accounts payable and
accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and
collections. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and
financial analysis as needed. Collaborate with internal
teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial
discrepancies and inquiries. Stay up-to-date on industry
trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
preferred. Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a
similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,
QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of
accounting principles and practices. Excellent
organizational and time management skills with the ability
to prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented with a
high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and
as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
