join us as a Customer Service Assistant. This is an exciting

Position Overview
As a Customer Service Assistant at Myamcapmortage, you will
be the first point of contact for our clients, providing
them with assistance and support as they navigate their
mortgage journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and
via email with professionalism and courtesy. Answer
customer inquiries regarding mortgage products, rates,
application processes, and account information. Assist
customers with completing forms, applications, and
documentation accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with
loan officers and other team members to provide seamless
customer service throughout the mortgage process. Resolve
customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively,
escalating as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and
transactions in our CRM system. Keep up-to-date on
industry trends and changes in mortgage regulations to
provide accurate information to customers. Assist with
administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by
management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional
education or training in customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and
written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to
build rapport and relationships with customers.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and
record-keeping. Proficient computer skills, including
experience with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment. Positive attitude and willingness to go above
and beyond to assist customers.
