individual to join us as a Remote Payroll Assistant. This is

Position Overview
As a Remote Payroll Assistant at Myamcapmortage, you will
play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing
of payroll for our employees. The ideal candidate will have
strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to maintain confidentiality. If you are looking for

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for
employees on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. Verify
timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Calculate and input wage and deduction information
accurately into the payroll system. Process employee
changes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and
salary adjustments. Ensure compliance with federal, state,
and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements to
appropriate departments. Respond to employee inquiries
regarding payroll issues and provide timely assistance and
resolution. Maintain accurate records of payroll
transactions and adjustments.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional
education or training in accounting or payroll
administration is a plus. Previous experience in payroll
processing or a related field preferred. Strong numerical
and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficient
computer skills, including experience with payroll
software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and
time management skills with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality and
handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to
work independently with minimal supervision.
