Position Overview

As the Remote Payroll Manager at Myamcapmortage, you will oversee all aspects of payroll administration, including processing, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of payroll regulations, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements. Review and approve payroll transactions, including wage calculations, deductions, and adjustments. Oversee the preparation and distribution of payroll reports and statements to appropriate departments. Coordinate with HR and finance departments to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of payroll data. Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to payroll staff to foster professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus. Minimum of [X] years of experience in payroll administration, with [X] years in a managerial or supervisory role. Thorough knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
